Brooklyn Queen, born 3 July 2005 in Detroit, Michigan, is an American rapper and creator. An African-American artist raised by her mother, the independent rapper Nailnotirious Kim, who named her for Brooklyn, New York, she wrote her first song at five and made her first studio recording at eight. She signed with BMB Entertainment at eleven and made her teenage debut in 2017 with the viral, kid-friendly dance record "Keke Taught Me," followed the same year by her debut album Queens Corner. A bright, dance-friendly spin on trap rap, her early catalogue continued with singles including "Beat the Baby" and, in 2018, "Emoji" and "Feeling So Wavy." She has also acted, playing Senna in Brat TV's Charmers in 2021, and remains an active recording and streaming artist; AllMusic credits 2025 releases including "Twerk It" and "Too Late" featuring Dre Butterz, and she streamed live on TikTok in September 2026.
