The record

Notes

Staged 2026-10-16 under CTL-GOV-006 (Census Intake Wave 6 — 747 Program, Wave 12; 27-record packet). Gate A (2026-10-16): no Silky entity in the live graph at 3,843 entities (exact / normalized / alias + token containment); ID CTL-E-6143 assigned at assembly. Supply: 747 Supply Ledger, Tier 3 — Famous Birthdays ABSENT census, readiness rank 1842 (Twitch Stars list). The census supplied the NAME ONLY; no fact in this record is sourced to it (CTL-GOV-004). SCOPE GATE: PASS — New York streamer who has described himself in his own streams as Caribbean, Haitian and African American and who grew up around Caribbean festivals in Brooklyn (commentary coverage of his September 2026 streams, Popnexa); a central figure of the FaZe-era Black streaming generation. Vital status: LIVING — streamed on Twitch on 10 Oct 2026 and was tracked as last seen on 15 Oct 2026 (StreamRecorder, Oct 2026). STATISTICS (sourced, dated): Over 441,000 Twitch followers at his FaZe Clan signing on 29 Apr 2024 (Dexerto); 730K Twitch followers and 260K YouTube subscribers as of February 2025 (Deltia's Gaming); founding member of the CORE collective, announced 30 Apr 2026 (Streamer Guide, citing Complex). MEDIA: photo HELD (candidate: FaZe Clan reveal photograph of Silky published by Dexerto, 29 April 2024; no file page read at file-page level in this pass, so no image is cleared — CTL-PHOTO-001; a CTL-created graphic is the standing alternative); chart FILLED (charts/chart-ctl-e-6143-silky.svg); video HELD (Shorts Link Map checked by name and variants — no matching-entity CTL Short); audio HELD (no rights basis). PROVISIONAL CAP: no authoritative anchor (established national press or institutional source) was secured for this record in this pass; the record rests on streaming-press reporting (Dexerto, Deltia's Gaming), a biography aggregator (TheFamousPeople), platform trackers and commentary-level scope documentation rather than authoritative-press ethnic documentation, following the Wave 5 Deontay Wilder precedent. MEDIA LAYER (staged 2026-10-16; full per-asset PHOTO-001 records + embed specs in the packet's staged JSON, Drive packet folder): map = N/A (Person records carry no map slot under the media-layer rule; maps attach to places and institutions.) | visual_assets = HELD: | chart = FILLED (CTL-created SVG (black / deep red / gold) built only from this record's sourced facts) | video = HELD (No matching-entity CTL Short in the Shorts Link Map catalog (checked by name and variants), and no official/em) | audio = HELD (No CTL-owned or rights-cleared matching-entity audio at staging.)
