Notes
Staged 2026-10-16 under CTL-GOV-006 (The Closer — 747 Program, Wave 13 final packet; a gap-closing packet built from the earlier packets' documented blocked edges). Gate A (2026-10-16): CLEAR — hand-checked against the live graph (3,910 entities): Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (CTL-E-5980) exists; no senior/father record under any name form (Vladimir Guerrero, Guerrero Sr., Guerrero Alvino) homed. ID CTL-E-6290 free at staging. Supply: 747 blocked-edge harvest — Census Intake Wave 4 documented the Guerrero Jr. child_of family edge as blocked and called the father the top candidate for a future family-edge pass. SCOPE GATE: national-canon gap-fix endpoint harvested from a documented blocked edge in a merged packet; staged to close that edge, per the Closer brief. No net-worth figures are carried, per packet doctrine. Vital status: LIVING — verified from dated 2025 sources: Bleacher Report (October 21, 2025) reported Guerrero posting photos with his son after Guerrero Jr. won ALCS MVP; Sports Illustrated (October 21, 2025) describes him in the present tense. STATISTICS (counted, sourced, dated 2026-10-16; career figures as the National Baseball Hall of Fame states them): Born February 9, 1975, Nizao, Dominican Republic (HOF; Wikipedia; Latino Baseball). BRIEF CORRECTED BY SOURCES: the commissioning brief's March 27, 1975 birth date is supported by NO opened source and is not carried; at his 1993 signing Guerrero claimed a February 9, 1976 birth date, revealed as 1975 in March 2009 (Wikipedia). Teams: Montreal Expos 1996–2003; Angels 2004–2009 — the brief's Angels span of 2004–2010 is likewise corrected: 2010 belongs to the Texas Rangers; Baltimore Orioles 2011. Debut September 19, 1996; final appearance September 28, 2011. 2004 AL MVP: 39 HR, 126 RBI, 124 runs scored, 366 total bases (HOF). Career: .318 AVG, 449 HR, 1,496 RBI, 2,590 hits, 2,147 games, 477 doubles, 181 stolen bases, .931 OPS (HOF); 9× All-Star, 8× Silver Slugger. Elected January 24, 2018 (92.9%, second ballot); plaque revealed July 29, 2018. Distinction wordings kept separate, never blended: "first Hall of Famer with an Angels logo on his bronze plaque" (HOF plaque article); one of three Dominican-born members among 323, and in his own words the first Dominican hitter in the Hall (AP via ESPN); "First Dominican-born position player in Hall of Fame" (Latino Baseball). A low-quality secondary site's 1,442 RBI figure contradicts the Hall (1,496) and is rejected. Research note: no Britannica biography page for Guerrero was found or opened; the Hall of Fame is the authoritative anchor. MEDIA LAYER (staged 2026-10-16; full per-asset PHOTO-001 records + embed specs in the packet's staged JSON, Drive packet folder): map = N/A (Person records carry no map slot; maps attach to places and institutions.) | visual_assets = HELD: | chart = FILLED (CTL-created chart (black / deep red / gold) built only from this record's sourced statistics and timeline fact) | video = HELD (No matching-entity CTL Short in the Shorts Link Map (shorts-link-map-2026-10-15.json, 233 rows, checked by nam) | audio = HELD (HELD: No CTL-owned or rights-cleared matching-entity audio exists at staging.)
