Notes

STAGING: temp id EB-20. D'Ignazio is MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning, NOT the MIT Media Lab — no affiliation edge to CTL-E-4116 (MIT Media Lab) is emitted, because a citation must not contradict its claim. CURATOR'S JUDGMENT (DRAFT): D'Ignazio brings the design practice: data feminism (EB-21) is the packet's method for building, not only critiquing, data systems.
