Notes
Sports Encyclopedia roster CTL-SPE-0287. Identity note: Frank Thomas born 1968, “The Big Hurt” — NOT Frank Thomas (1905–?), the outfielder who played 1951–1966. Curator's Judgment (DRAFT): Thomas is the South Side's defining hitter and an early, outspoken critic of performance-enhancing drugs; CTL should present his seven-season streak as one of the most under-taught achievements in the record. Career statistics in this record are attributed to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Baseball-Reference, accessed 2026-11-03. STAGED record — not merged into any live store.
