Evidence note (master store)

The Chicago Blues Hall of Fame is a Chicago-specific blues honors institution holding annual induction ceremonies for Chicago blues legends, masters, pioneer figures and historic South/West Side blues clubs: its 5th Annual Induction Ceremony was held 15 October 2017 at Buddy Guy's Legends (700 S. Wabash), with Legend Awards (incl. Little Walter), Blues Master Awards and Pioneer inductions (Pervis Spann, Herman Roberts) — per N'Digo, Chicago's Black newspaper (tier-3 journalism, fetched in full). A 5th annual ceremony in 2017 places the first ceremony in 2013. NOT the Blues Foundation's Blues Hall of Fame in Memphis (est. 1980) — a distinct body; do not merge.
