Evidence note (master store)

Identity established as Pezavan 'Pistol' Pez Whatley of Chattanooga (also heel Shaska Whatley and Willie B. Hurt/Willie B. Hert in the source's spelling). Slam Wrestling's obituary (tier 4), fetched in full, establishes: a territory career incl. Florida (NWA Southern Heavyweight Champion), ICW tag champion with Rip Rogers, and a Mid-America tag title run with Ray Candy; a WCW run in Jim Crockett's promotion in 1986 feuding with Jimmy Valiant; later a trainer at WCW's Power Plant; died Jan. 18, 2005, at age 54. Covers the stored 'durable territory and WCW competitor' headline in substance.
