Evidence note (master store)

Motown Museum's own site (tier 2) identifies its Detroit campus - 2648 W. Grand Blvd., Detroit, MI 48208 - as home to 'iconic Hitsville U.S.A., Studio A,' preserving 'original recording equipment and the legendary Studio A' in 'the historic spaces where some of the greatest music of all time was recorded'; the museum was founded in 1985 by Esther Gordy Edwards. Establishes existence, recording-studio type (Studio A), and the Detroit address matching the stored props. The fetched page does not state the year Berry Gordy acquired the house, so no founding year for the studio is stamped (fetched in full 2026-10-17)
