The terms, plainly

Embargoed material carries its publish time on its face. Members agree to hold it until that time; CultureTechLens may lift an embargo early, with notice to the list. There is no cost and no exclusivity games — every member gets the same material at the same time.

By email (the press list): write to [email protected] with the subject “Embargo list” and three lines — your name, your outlet, and your beat. The list is kept by a person, not a platform; you are on it when we reply.
