Horst Lippmann

German concert promoter (born March 17, 1927, in Eisenach; died May 18, 1997, in Dreieich). With Fritz Rau he established the concert agency Lippmann + Rau in 1962 and organized the first American Folk Blues Festival European tour. The pair's business materials form the Lippmann + Rau Music Archive (formerly the International Jazz Archive Eisenach).
