VERIFIED evidence grade of this record

Asadah Sense Consulting is the publishing imprint and consulting firm of Chicago author Asadah Kirkland, active from at least 2009. It is the publisher of record for Kirkland's books, including Beating Black Kids (2009), Urban Girls: Adventures of Little Ladies in the City (2012, per the book's ISBN record), and I Had to CHOOSE to Feel Better (2025). The name appears as the footer owner of Kirkland's websites — beatingblackkids.com and urbangirladventures.com, both carrying a 2014 copyright line — and in abbreviated form, “ASC,” on the Soulful Chicago Book Fair site. A Chamber of Commerce listing from her New York period places the firm in Brooklyn, consistent with her documented 1997–2014 residence there.
