Tyreek Hill, born 1 March 1994 in Douglas, Georgia, is an American professional football wide receiver, nicknamed 'Cheetah' for his speed. Drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fifth round in 2016, he made the Pro Bowl as a rookie returner and receiver and helped Kansas City win Super Bowl LIV after the 2019 season. In six seasons with the Chiefs he became one of the league's most feared deep threats. Traded to the Miami Dolphins in 2022, he produced consecutive 1,700-yard receiving seasons — 1,710 yards in 2022 and a franchise-record 1,799 yards with 13 touchdowns in 2023, when he led the NFL in receiving yards and was ranked first on the NFL Top 100. A dislocated left knee with multiple ligament tears in September 2025 ended his season after four games; Miami released him in February 2026, and in October 2026 he remained a free agent rehabilitating the knee while his agent discussed a return with multiple teams.
