Notes

Staged 2026-10-16 under CTL-GOV-006 (Scan Tail Wave 4 — 747 Program, Wave 11; fourth Scan Tail packet at the founder's 40-record size). Supply: 747 Supply Ledger, Tier 4 — Scan Tail Wave 3 packet ordered reserve, position 7 of 35 (corpus-gap-candidates-2026-10-15.json ranked clean survivor #1501). STATISTICS — STATISTICS (sourced, dated): Born Nov. 10, 1968 (Wikipedia, accessed 2026-10-16); SNL regular for 7 seasons, 1996-2003 (Wikipedia); 30 Rock run 2006-2013 as Tracy Jordan, Emmy nomination in 2009 (Wikipedia); crash on June 7, 2014 — 1 collaborator, James McNair, killed, Morgan critically injured (Wikipedia); The Last O.G. ran 4 seasons to 2021 (Wikipedia). CONFLICT SHOWN, NOT BLENDED: birthplace is given as Brooklyn by the current Wikipedia entry (born in Brooklyn, raised in Marlboro and Tompkins Houses) while the Los Angeles Sentinel profile says born in Brooklyn in one line and raised in the Bronx, and other profiles in search results say born in the Bronx — the packet records New York City without choosing a borough for birth. CONFLICT SHOWN, NOT BLENDED: middle name appears as 'Jamal' in the current Wikipedia entry and as 'Jamel' in an older Wikipedia revision returned in search results. MEDIA: photo HELD (Tracy Morgan on stage during Opie and Anthony's Traveling Virus Comedy Tour in 2006, photograph captioned in his Wikipedia entry (accessed 2026-10-16); photographer and licence to be verified in a PHOTO-001 pass — no licence claimed here. — named candidate only; file-level rights verification per CTL-PHOTO-001 still required; no license claimed); chart FILLED (charts/chart-ctl-e-6092-tracy-morgan.svg); video HELD (no matching-entity CTL Short or verified-rights archival video staged); audio HELD (no rights-cleared matching-entity audio staged); map N/A (person record).
