Gate A (2026-10-16): no BruceDropEmOff entity in the live graph at 3,843 entities (exact / normalized / alias + token containment); ID CTL-E-6145 assigned at assembly. Supply: 747 Supply Ledger, Tier 3 — Famous Birthdays ABSENT census, readiness rank 1877 (Twitch Stars list). The census supplied the NAME ONLY; no fact in this record is sourced to it (CTL-GOV-004). SCOPE GATE: PASS — African American streamer from Riverdale, Georgia; Dot Esports reported he was the only streamer in OTK who represented Black culture and carried his own explanation that he did not want to be the Black person carrying the organization (Dot Esports, 2023). Vital status: LIVING — returned to Twitch broadcasting on 13 Sep 2025 after a hiatus (Sportskeeda) and was still streaming in autumn 2026, last seen 12 Oct 2026 (StreamRecorder). STATISTICS (sourced, dated): Over 1.3 million Twitch followers (Dexerto, May–Jun 2024); Twitch channel created in 2015, streaming regularly from late 2016 (Sportskeeda); OTK member for about ten months to 25 Jan 2023 (Dot Esports; Dexerto). MEDIA: photo HELD (candidate: Twitch press photograph of BruceDropEmOff published by Dexerto, 2024; no file page read at file-page level in this pass, so no image is cleared — CTL-PHOTO-001; a CTL-created graphic is the standing alternative); chart FILLED (charts/chart-ctl-e-6145-brucedropemoff.svg); video HELD (Shorts Link Map checked by name and variants — no matching-entity CTL Short); audio HELD (no rights basis). PROVISIONAL CAP: no authoritative anchor (established national press or institutional source) was secured for this record in this pass; the record rests on esports and streaming-press reporting (Dot Esports, Dexerto, Sportskeeda) and platform trackers, following the Wave 5 Deontay Wilder precedent. MEDIA LAYER (staged 2026-10-16; full per-asset PHOTO-001 records + embed specs in the packet's staged JSON, Drive packet folder): map = N/A (Person records carry no map slot under the media-layer rule; maps attach to places and institutions.) | visual_assets = HELD: | chart = FILLED (CTL-created SVG (black / deep red / gold) built only from this record's sourced facts) | video = HELD (No matching-entity CTL Short in the Shorts Link Map catalog (checked by name and variants), and no official/em) | audio = HELD (No CTL-owned or rights-cleared matching-entity audio at staging.)
