Notes
Sports Encyclopedia roster CTL-SPE-0224. Firsts disposition: NO 'first' is claimed for Daniels in any source in this record, and none is asserted. Her discipline is established from the federation sources as PWBA Tour ten-pin bowling (10 titles, one major), per the assignment's instruction to verify rather than assume a tour. FLAG: the PWBA's own pages give her 1989 first title under two names — 'Ebonite Firebolt Classic' in the biography text and 'Ebonite Thunderbolt Classic, Clearwater, Fla.' in the PWBA title list; the description follows the title list, and the discrepancy is recorded here rather than resolved. A birth year is not stated: secondary coverage gave her age as 63 in 2023, a single-derived figure not carried into the description. Curator's Judgment (DRAFT): Daniels's ten titles were concentrated in two bursts — four in 1989 and a mid-1990s run crowned by the U.S. Women's Open — a peak-level career the Hall of Fame elections in two halls now ratify.
