This audit censused 708 audio files across the workspace. 111 are finished narration tracks whose production records document them as CultureTechLens-produced, narration-only audio — those are published here, each with its rights basis and citation. The other 597 are production segments, takes, and variants — the raw material inside finished videos — and are held, not played, and counted honestly below.
An audio file enters this catalog only when its own production record documents CultureTechLens’ rights to the audio itself: CTL-produced narration (the documented synthetic voice of the Shorts and program builds), narration-only, with its script and build log on file. Production segments and takes (594 files), slowed duplicate treatments (2), and one narration without a tying production record (1) stay held. Archival audio — speeches and clips from libraries and archives — stands at 0: the archive audit found no archival item with a documented rights basis, so the lane is held open under a per-item documented-rights standard until a future acquisition wave. Nothing here is padded to a rounder number.
