Notes

Staged 2026-10-16 under CTL-GOV-006 (Scan Tail Wave 1 — 747 Program, Wave 8; first Scan Tail packet at the founder's 40-record size). Gate A (2026-10-16): no Tamron Hall entity in the live graph at 3,523 entities (exact / normalized / alias + token containment); ID CTL-E-5864 free. Supply: 747 Supply Ledger, Tier 4 — corpus scan sample, readiness rank 2189 (corpus-gap-candidates-2026-10-15.json ranked clean survivor #274). The scan supplied the NAME STRING ONLY; no fact in this record is sourced to it (CTL-GOV-004). SCOPE GATE: PASS — a nationally prominent Black broadcast journalist whose decade in Chicago television (WFLD, 1997–2007) sits inside the graph's Chicago media scope. Vital status: LIVING — USA Today reported on September 14, 2026, on the eighth season of her syndicated show and her forthcoming January 2027 memoir, with Hall quoted in the present tense; no death report exists in any source consulted. STATISTICS (sourced, dated): Hall has won two Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Informative Talk Show Host (2020 and 2022), per TV Guide's awards listing (accessed 2026-10-16); her syndicated show premiered in September 2019 and reached its eighth season in fall 2026, per USA Today (September 14, 2026); no other statistic is asserted. MEDIA: photo HELD (network and syndication press photographs are third-party works; no file-page verification in this pass); chart FILLED (charts/chart-ctl-e-5864-tamron-hall.svg); video HELD (a CTL Short titled "Tamron Hall, Lish Steiling & the Cookbook Economy" exists in the Shorts Link Map catalog, but the catalog row carries NO YouTube URL or video ID in the desk record — a catalog title without a cataloged URL cannot fill an embed, so the video slot is HELD); audio HELD (no audio asset cleared for this subject in this pass). MEDIA LAYER (staged 2026-10-16; full per-asset PHOTO-001 records + embed specs in the packet's staged JSON, Drive packet folder): map = N/A (Person records carry no map slot under the media-layer rule; maps attach to places and institutions.) | visual_assets = HELD: | chart = FILLED (CTL-created SVG (black / deep red / gold) built only from this record's sourced facts) | video = HELD (A CTL Short titled "Tamron Hall, Lish Steiling & the Cookbook Economy" exists in the Shorts Link Map catalog, ) | audio = HELD (No audio asset cleared for this subject in this pass.)
