The record

Notes

STAGING: temp id EB-02. FLAG — CENTER NAME UNSTABLE ACROSS UCLA'S OWN PAGES: SEIS directory says 'Center on Race & Digital Justice' ('Founder and Director… (2022-Present)'); the author's current bio and UCLA Newsroom say 'Center on Resilience & Digital Justice.' This looks like a rename, but no source in this packet confirms a rename date; the description follows the SEIS directory form and this note carries the variant — do not present either as settled without a dated check at merge. Sources say Director / Founder and Director, not 'Faculty Director.' CURATOR'S JUDGMENT (DRAFT): Noble is the packet's anchor author: Algorithms of Oppression (EB-03) is the search-bias text the rest of the scholarly spine cites around.
