VERIFIED evidence grade of this record

Bitcoin for Black People: A Beginner's Guide to Bitcoin Basics is a book by Chicago authors Asadah Kirkland and Donna Beasley, written to explain Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to Black readers. South Side Drive Magazine documents the partnership behind it: Beasley, president and publisher of KaZoom Kids Books and a sponsor of every edition of Kirkland's Soulful Chicago Book Fair, co-authored the book with her. The work belongs to Kirkland's later public role as a cryptocurrency educator for Black audiences and nonprofits, reflected in her hosting and speaking listings. A companion website, bitcoinforblackpeople.com, is not currently reachable in working form; it returned a domain-connection error when checked on October 15, 2026.
