Allie Quigley (born June 20, 1986) is a retired American shooting guard from Joliet, Illinois, whose decade with the Chicago Sky made her the most decorated three-point shooter in the franchise's history. A DePaul product drafted in the second round in 2008, she bounced through four teams and overseas leagues before signing with her hometown Sky in 2013. In Chicago she won back-to-back Sixth Woman of the Year awards (2014, 2015), three consecutive All-Star selections (2017–2019), and the WNBA's Three-Point Contest four times — in 2017, 2018, 2021, and 2022 — a record across both the WNBA and the NBA; her 29-point round in 2018 set the contest's all-time mark. In 2021 she was a starter on the Sky's first championship team. She stepped away after the 2022 season and formally announced her retirement in 2025; she left as the Sky's all-time leader in three-pointers made (504) and, until her wife Courtney Vandersloot passed her in May 2025, in points (3,723). On July 9, 2025, the Sky retired her No. 14 — the first jersey retirement in franchise history.

The record

Notes

Afro American Encyclopedia of Sports roster CTL-SPE-0050 (Basketball, status stub per roster). BRIEF CORRECTION (on evidence): the packet brief called Quigley a 'three-time Three-Point Contest winner'; the Sky's official release, Wikipedia, and Sports Illustrated each record FOUR titles (2017, 2018, 2021, 2022) — the record carries four and this note flags the discrepancy rather than absorbing the brief's figure. Curator's Judgment (DRAFT): Quigley's arc — second-round pick, four teams, Europe, then a decade as the hometown franchise's signature shooter — is the Sky's foundational player story alongside Vandersloot's.
